Yes. We use authentic freshwater pearls. Because they are natural, each pearl may have slight variations in size, shape, or color, making every piece unique.
3. Will your jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture. However, with proper care—such as storing in a dry pouch and cleaning regularly—your jewelry will maintain its shine.
4. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver, which is generally safe for sensitive skin. However, if you have a known allergy to silver or metals, please consult before wearing.
5. How should I care for my jewelry?
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and cosmetics.
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use.
• Store in a dry pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnish.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Customized or final-sale items may not be eligible. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
7. How long will shipping take?
• Order processing: 1–2 business days.
• Domestic shipping (China): 3–7 business days.
• International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Azul Pearl Jewelry is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applicable.
