Order Processing

Each Azul Pearl piece is handcrafted to order in our studio.
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to make your piece before it ships. 
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing the next business day. 
During peak or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. 

Shipping Times

• Domestic orders (China): 3–7 business days.
• International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

International Delivery

1) Orders under $59.99 may choose from:
Yun Express / 4 PX Global Direct Shipping  (7–21 business days) — Rates typically range from $8–$15, depending on destination. 


2) Orders of €59.99 or more ship free via Yun Express / 4 PX Global Direct Shipping

Transit time is usually 7–21 business days, though customs or holiday delays may occur.

Orders above $150 require signature upon delivery.

3) Additional charges may apply for remote areas.

Customs And Duties

Azul Pearl Jewelry is responsible for local customs duties or import taxes; these are paid by the OUR SIDE.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder for confirmation and tracking emails.

Orders Returned

Orders returned to sender will be refunded as per our return policy plus an additional $15 handling fee.

 

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?

To request an edit or cancellation, email azulpearl.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.


We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we may not be able to adjust orders already in production.

 

I think my package is lost. What should I do?

If you believe your package is lost, contact azulpearl.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number. 
We’ll assist in locating your shipment; however, Azul Pearl Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. 
Please check with neighbors, your building management, or local post office before reaching out.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier service issues
