Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most orders. To begin a return, please email azulpearl.jewelry@gmail.com for a pre-paid shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
Please include your order number or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

General International Returns

1)Returns valued over $200 incur a $20 return-shipping fee deducted from your refund.
2)Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and shipped within 7 days of receiving your label.
3)Because each design is produced in limited quantities, returns are accepted for up to four items per order. 
  Orders containing more than four items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only. This ensures fairness and protects our limited inventory.
4)Refunds are processed within 10 business days once your item is received.
5)Custom and sample pieces are final sale.
6)Products sold as sets must be returned in full; partial returns (for example, returning the chain without its pendant) are not accepted.
7)Express or priority shipping charges are non-refundable and will deducted from your refund ($ 8-15 per package if the total of order is less than $59.9)
8)Orders marked undeliverable or returned to sender will be refunded per this policy and incur an additional $15 handling fee.
9)To maintain fairness and availability, Azul Pearl Jewelry reserves the right to review and limit returns or exchanges from customers placing multiple orders within a short period.
   In such cases, returns may be limited to four items total across those orders or processed as store credit at our discretion.
10)For orders totaling $1,200 or more, our team may require additional order verification before shipment. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
